Our Vision and Values
We are Yoga Mama®, a self-care wellness brand created to help women navigate their transformative journey of motherhood with intention and mindfulness. Our goal is to support women struggling in pregnancy, as they learn to connect to their intuition and harness their divine feminine power with yogic practices and self-care rituals.
Yoga Mama provides physical products to support a woman’s prenatal yoga and self-care routine. We are creating an online membership network to provide women with community support, educational resources, a class library, and courses that support our mission.

Collaboration
Opportunities
We have three collaboration opportunities available
1) Create a prenatal yoga video class series
Record a series of classes and sell them to us for a flat fee.
2) Pre-recorded Courses & workshops
Sell your course or workshop on the Yoga Mama network, any topics related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, self-care, mindfulness, meditation and similar genres are welcome to apply.
3) Host virtual workshops, Q&A’s, ceremonies/rituals, gatherings
Starting in April/May, once we have a community of subscribers we will be hosting online events in the forms of workshops, Q&A’s, ceremonies and support circles.

THE DETAILS
Topics: yoga | meditation | mindfulness
Length: 90 - 120 minutes of content
You earn: A one-time payment of
$500 audio + video | $250 audio only
Additional Details: These classes will not be available on any other networks, and will be exclusively for use by Yoga Mama. You can record the audio instruction and video separately (do not have to instruct while doing the practice, unless that is what you prefer). YM® can provide video and audio editing, so you don’t need to worry about mistakes or re-dos. You are welcome to choose your series topics, or we can provide a list of desired flows. Instruction should include modifications for each trimester, unless the series is trimester specific.
An example of a series to create could be the following:
The Everyday Mama Yoga Series
Morning – Rise + Thrive
A gentle prenatal flow to arrive + awaken, 30 min
Midday – Flow + Glow
A prenatal vinyasa flow to keep you energized, 30 min
Evening – Deep Chill
A slow down yin + restorative yoga, 45 min
Night – Nite Nidra
A meditative yoga nidra class to bring you to a yogi dream-like sleep state, 30 min

Length: content dependant
You earn: We will help you determine an appropriate price for the network, and you get 60% of the earnings from each course sold.
Prerequisites: Ideally you have completed an instructor bio and a class series (above) or virtual event (below) to familiarize yourself with the community.
What we provide: We will build out the technology, deliver the content and manage customer care while you earn. We will handle all marketing on our channels and related expenses, create branding assets for your course that align with the Mama-Care Collective brand standards, and create engaging content to share that will bring your own brand and class to fruition. Marketing content includes: Instructor landing pages, custom articles, class spotlights, social promotion, newsletter spotlights
Topics: Workshops | Q&A | lead a ceremony or ritual | women's support circle | suggest your own
Length: minimum 30 minutes
You earn: Compensation begins at $50/hr.
Additional Details: Starting in April/May, once we have a community of subscribers we will be hosting online events in the forms of workshops, Q&A’s, ceremonies and support circles. If you already host these in person somewhere, why not add a live element and earn more for each session?! We are open to all opportunities and ideas!

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION
Please create an introduction video about yourself. Landscape format 1920x1080
This video will be used on your instructor landing page and to approve your quality of video and audio.
Send a photo or video of the space you will be filming in, or if you already have a course for sale, simply send the link and an example video from the course itself.
And finally, send us your cirriculum outline.
